The challenge
Each Harbor clinic had bought its own equipment over the years, with different models, service contracts and expiry dates.
What we did
We audited every site, proposed one standard set and replaced devices on a schedule that kept each clinic open.
The result
Service spend fell by almost a third and every battery, pad and calibration date now lives in one portal.
Scope delivered
Defibrillators, exam lights, vital signs monitors, ECG carts and sterilizers across eight practices, with one service plan and one monthly invoice.
What changed for staff
Clinicians now find the same equipment in every clinic, which made cross-site staffing easier and cut training time for new starters.

Harbor is opening two new clinics this year, both equipped to the same standard from day one.
