Scope

These terms apply to every quote, order and service agreement between Verity Clinical Supply and the customer named on the order, unless a signed supply agreement says otherwise.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Prices exclude tax and are in US dollars unless stated.

Delivery and installation

Delivery dates are confirmed at order acceptance. Where installation is included, the customer provides site access, utilities and a named contact on the agreed date.

Acceptance

Equipment is accepted when the customer signs the acceptance report, or ten business days after installation if no defects are reported.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties pass to the customer in full. Verity warrants its own installation and service work for 90 days.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless a supply agreement sets other terms.

Liability

Each party’s liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, except where the law does not allow a limit.
