MRI and CT
1.5T and 3T MRI, 64 to 256-slice CT, with RF shielding, quench pipes and chillers specified alongside the magnet.
Ultrasound and point of care
Cart-based and handheld systems with probes, presets and DICOM routing to your PACS configured before delivery.
Digital X-ray and fluoroscopy
Fixed DR rooms, mobile units and C-arms, with lead lining checks and physicist acceptance tests booked for you.
Site survey and shielding
Imaging projects succeed or fail on the room. Before a scanner ships we survey floor loading, power, cooling and access routes, specify RF and radiation shielding with your physicist, and plan crane or rigging lifts so the installation day has no surprises.
Installation and acceptance
Our engineers coordinate with the manufacturer’s applications team to install, calibrate and run acceptance tests. Your medical physicist signs off image quality and dose before the first patient is booked, and every result is filed against the system serial.
Integration with PACS and RIS
Modalities are configured for DICOM worklists, storage and dose reporting before go-live. We test routing to your PACS, RIS and dose management system end to end, so radiographers do not discover a missing worklist on the first morning.
Service and uptime
Imaging service plans include planned maintenance windows agreed with your department, remote monitoring where the manufacturer supports it and critical parts held in our nearest hub. Uptime is reported monthly against the target in your agreement.
